NUCODA & PHOENIX 2019.2.039: The Stability Release

You wanted us to give you more stability, and to resolve some long standing issues.

We listened, and tracked down a lot of bugs, and many causes of crashes.

With this release, previous users of 2019.2 can upgrade without losing any of their set-up: custom config files, panel settings, and projects will not disappear. We have also added support for ARRI Alexa Mini LF, and improved handling of many file types. A new licence is not required.

Going forward, bug fixes and new features will seamlessly integrate without requiring a move to a new version.
