DIGITAL VISION WORLD AND FILMWORKZ WELCOMES IAN SMITH AS QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) & SUPPORT MANAGER

Digital Vision World and Filmworkz,  both BlissTek companies, are very pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Smith as their new QA and Support Manager. Ian joins with 12 years’ experience supporting broadcasters and content owners worldwide in finding solutions to their content archive and distribution needs. 

“Ian’s focus will be improving customer satisfaction by setting customer service standards and building out the support team”, says BlissTek CEO Jeremy Deaner. “We are delighted to welcome Ian to our team as part of our long-term growth and development plan for the business”.
